By accessing or using HarisLab Connect (connect.harislab.tech), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.

Service Description
HarisLab Connect provides a suite of embeddable communication tools, including but not limited to:
- Custom Feedback & Contact Forms
- Newsletter Subscription Management
- Email Campaign Scheduling
- API-driven Custom Integrations
Account & API Security
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API Keys.
Security Notice: Any actions taken through your API key or dashboard credentials are your sole responsibility. Notify support immediately if you suspect a breach.
Acceptable Use Policy
Strictly Prohibited Actions:

Sending unsolicited "Spam" messages or newsletters.

Collecting data from minors without legal consent.

Using the platform to distribute malware, phishing links, or illegal content.
Ownership of Data
You retain full ownership of all data you upload, including subscriber lists and campaign content. HarisLab Connect does not claim any intellectual property rights over your data.
However, by using the service, you grant us the necessary technical license to process and deliver this data as per your dashboard commands.
Limitations of Liability
HarisLab Connect is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service or any unauthorized access to your data due to user negligence.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
